Identify firms that Company should partner with and create an ongoing pipeline
Open doors, create and build relationships with these firms at the top level
Create opportunities to deliver P&C key messages to Financial Advisors with meaningful books of business in our target market of successful individuals and families
Coordinate the introduction of these firms to local Company sales teams at the regional level
Serve as a resource for Company s sales team to drive firm engagement in all regions and at all levels
Manage ongoing relationships with the firms to make sure we are adding value and maximizing the relationship

Responsibilities

Build a reporting mechanism to evaluate the firms relationships
Train and educate the Company sales team regarding firm-specific details
Provide ongoing feedback on firm relationships
Maintain a calendar of events for all firms
Coordinate conference planning and related activity
Conduct periodic face to face meetings with key partners (20-25% travel, or as needed)
Competencies
Deep understanding of the financial planning marketplace, products, tools, technology and competitive landscape
Experience in strategy and sales
Excellent communication & presentation skills to all levels of management
Strong integrity, disciplined work ethic, self-motivation
Self-starter, strong collaborator, independent thinker
Ability to learn quickly
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Education and Experience
s Degree or equivalent job experience
5+ of experience as an account manager
